This first step is essential before looking for an apartment or a house. It will allow you to define a price for your purchase.

Once you have found your real estate investment, you will sign a contract “compromise de vente” with the seller in which you write with him all the conditions about the purchase.

This is the fundamental step because all the banks in France don’t have the same rules about mortgages for non-resident. It will be our job to find the better bank and the better terms and conditions.

The bank will study for file analysing your incomes and assets. As a broker for French mortgage, we will take care of everything to get you the better rate and insurance.

Once your file will be accepted by the bank, you will receive to your home the contract. You need to wait a minimum of 10 days before send back your accepting (withdrawal period).

The day of the signature, the notary will already receive the money from the bank.

You are now owner of your new property.
